Funeral services will be held 7:00 P.M. Wednesday May 27, 2020 at Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will take place at the East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery at a later date. The family will receive friends 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Willard Charles Raby, born December 31, 1950 in Franklin, NC, and passed away peacefully at home on May 23, 2020 with family and friends. Willard was in the US Army for many years and did construction for many years and then he retired. He was a wonderful husband, dad, friend, brother, cousin, and grandpa. His mother was Christina Raby and he had 12 siblings. He has lots of cousins that he was very close to stretching from North Carolina to Georgia and Florida. He loved his family and enjoyed the yearly reunions with all of them. He was a wonderful husband and friend and someone you could count on.
