The family will receive friends 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Thursday October 27, 2022, at Memorial Funeral Home. Family and friends will all meet 12:15 P.M. Friday October 28, 2022, at the funeral home to proceed to Clarks Grove Cemetery for a 1:00 P.M. graveside service with Pastor Gerald Jones officiating.

Vernon Leroy Duncan, born July 31, 1941, and passed away October 24, 2022. He was born in Rockford, TN. He attended Riverview Baptist Church. He worked at Rockford Manufacturing for 30 years and Neal Sandler Ford for 10 years. He was preceded in death by parents: Robert and Estella Duncan, wife of 50 years: Margie Duncan, and brothers: Carl Duncan, Jackie Duncan, and Sonny Duncan. He is survived by son and daughter-in-law: Darryl and Rhonda Duncan, daughters and sons-in-law: Christie and Mike Everett, and Sherrie and Jimmy Whitehead, sisters: Judy Merriman and Shirley Cottrella, grandchildren: Allen Murrell, Emily Cabell, Kayla McCullum, Jami Dyer, Josh Duncan, Matthew Duncan, Tyler Duncan, and Lauren Russell.
