There will be committal service at East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery Chapel at 8:30 A.M. on Thursday July 6, 2023, and there will be a celebration of life service at Fairview Methodist Church 2508 Old Niles Ferry Rd Maryville, TN 37803 at 2:00 P.M. Thursday July 6, 2023, with Rev. Gilbert Harris officiating.

Terry Kolpack of Maryville TN has gone on to be with the Lord Jesus Christ Wednesday June 28, 2023, there will be committal service at East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery Chapel at 8:30 A.M. on Thursday July 6, 2023, and there will be a celebration of life service at Fairview Methodist Church 2508 Old Niles Ferry Rd Maryville, TN 37803 at 2:00 P.M. Thursday July 6, 2023. Terry was born in Wausau, WI and lived and grew up in rural Edgar, WI. Terry’s parents who preceded him in death are Clifford and Pearl Grendel Kolpack, he attended Edgar, WI schools and graduated from River Falls State University with a degree in Agriculture, while Terry attended River Falls University, he was a founding member of the Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity, in addition he earned a degree in Engineering from North Central Technical College. Terry married Susan Beckman and joined The US Army he was sent to Vietnam and served as a secretary one year, in returning home to Wisconsin he acquired a job in engineering and while there he created welding classes for the manufacturer he worked for. Terry worship at The Wesley United Methodist Church and sang in the church choir, in 1978 Terry and his family moved to Appleton, WI where he was employed as a teacher of Time Study in Manufacturing, in 1994 the family moved to Maryville, TN where Terry worked as a project engineer until 2009, at that time he was employed by the State of Tennessee State Unemployment as a Counseling Associate. While living in Maryville Terry was a member of Fairview Methodist Church where he sang in the church choir and the Faithful Men’s Choir, the Faithful Men traveled on several mission trips to Latvia and that Terry enjoyed. In retirement Terry and Susan vacation in several states and enjoyed the winter months in Alabama, and Florida the past few years. Terry is survived by his wife Susan, Son James Kolpack, his wife Colleen Iverson Kolpack two grandsons Grant and Lochlan, a daughter Mary Ann McGinley and husband Daniel McGinley, Granddaughter Alice and Grandson Beckman, Brother Bryce kolpack and wife Elaine and two nephews Eric and Jason Kolpack. The family of Terry Kolpack would like to extend their sincere thanks to the Doctors, Nurses, and Staff of the Trauma Surgical ICU and Comfort Care at the East pavilion at the University of Tennessee Hospital for their care in Terry’s final moments.
