I cannot believe you’re gone “old man” … I mean, I am reading your obituary and finding it so hard to come to terms with your passing. We had some amazing times together. You taught me to live for the moment and to cherish the simple things. You made me feel special. I loved your sense of humor, your crazy sense of humor! I enjoyed our many drives through Cade’s Cove, our fishing trips, our adventures photographing wildlife and our wonderful trip to Florida… Even though several years had passed since we saw each other, we always kept in contact, especially on our Birthdays. You will forever be in my heart— Rest easy my dear friend — Chris

It was a joy taking care of him at Foothills!! It was never a dull moment and I got to know him while he was there. He will definitely be missed.

Man…what to say? I lived across the street from the guy for so long. He was always trying to joke about something. I’ve seen him go through some ups and downs with his health and come out on the other side with a smile. He was always so helpful with me and my lack of knowledge of fixing things and lawn care lol. He loved my kid and DeMar still has the the Iron Man action figure he gave him two years ago. Loved the guy for sure and he will definitely be missed by me and my family. Rest easy, love you man!
