Funeral services will be held at 7:00 P.M. Wednesday September 26, 2018 at Memorial Funeral Home 1102 Big Springs Road Maryville, TN 37801 with Rev. Robert Connatser officiating. The burial will be private. The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Steven Mark Carey 48 of Alcoa passed away Monday, September 24, 2018 at Blount Memorial Hospital. Steve was a graduate of William Blount High School and received an Associates Degree from ITT Technical Institute. Steve was the owner of Dorolees Carpet House for 13 years. Steve is survived by Wife: Bridgette Sweat Carey, Daughters: Jessica, Rachel and Morgan, Grandsons: Robinson and Mason, Parents: Morris and Mildred Stinnett Carey. Steve will be remembered by his mischievous smile, quirky attitude and playful spirit. He was “Crapaw” to his grandson’s and a loving father, son and husband to his family.
