The family will receive friends Friday, February 10, 2023, from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Memorial Funeral Home, 1102 Big Springs Rd, Maryville, Tn 37801. The funeral service will follow at 7:00 P.M. with Kenny McCollum officiating. Family and friends will all meet Saturday, February 11, 2023, at 1:00 PM at Faithway Fellowship Cemetery, 4076 Sevierville Rd, Maryville, TN 37804 for a graveside service.

Spencer Lee McCollum, age 27 of Rockford, departed his temporal home for his eternal life through his belief and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ at the tender age of 5. Spencer amazed us with his wisdom and love of the Lord. He was a member of Rockford Baptist Church. While Spencer faced many trials and struggles in this life, he remained steadfast in his faith. He loved the great outdoors, hunting and fishing, and spending time in Colorado and California. He enjoyed playing the guitar and drawing. Preceded in death by grandparents, Delancey McCollum, Charles and Marie Dossett. He is survived by father, Danny Lee McCollum, mother, Mickey Dossett, brother, Cory, niece, Allie, grandmother, Judy Oaks (Grams) and many uncles, aunts, and cousins.
