Service Date August 7, 2026
Funeral service will be held at 7:00 pm Friday, August 7, 2026, at Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church, 3508 Wildwood Rd. Maryville, TN 37804, with Pastor Raymond Burnett officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Friday at the church. The Family and Friends will meet at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, 132 Bethel Church Rd, Townsend, TN 37882, for a graveside service will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday August 8, 2026.

Shanea Melaine Boring, 59, of Maryville TN went home to the Lord on August 5, 2026.
Shanea is preceded in death by mother,Susan Jane Croft Fischer, Von and Margaret Boring. Shanea is survived by her loving husband, Stephen Von Boring, children,Kevin Scott (Ashley) Boring, Darren Von Boring, grandchildren Jackson and Ella Caylor, Jaycee and Boone Boring, father, Herbert T Garner, sister Shannon Garner Prince, brother Shane Garner, multiple loving family members, nieces, nephews, and close friends. Shanea is a long time member of Mount Lebanon Baptist Church of Maryville. Shanea devoted herself to her extensive church family and witnessing the love of Jesus Christ to others. She had a passion for teaching the love of music to children at various Blount County elementary schools, most recently Walland Elementary and Porter Elementary. In leu of flowers; donations by check can be made out to Blount County Schools with memo# Music department or Shanea Boring.
