Service Date June 28, 2024
The family will receive friends Friday, June 28, 2024, from 2:00 P.M. to 6:30 P.M. at the First Baptist Church of Friendsville. A Celebration service will immediately follow with Pastor Bill Johnson and Pastor Bill Gowder officiating. A public formal procession will take place from the First Baptist Church of Friendsville at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday June 29, 2024, and will proceed past the Greene home on Disco Loop Rd. The family will hold a private interment of ashes. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Friendsville Volunteer Fire Department.

Tom Greene, age 77, of Friendsville passed away peacefully surrounded by his family and close friends on Tuesday June 18, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents Hugh L. and Mary Evelyn (Bowerman) Greene; brother John L. Greene; and daughter Jennifer L. Greene. He is survived by his wife Vicky Phillips Greene, and daughter Crystal Greene; brother and sister-in-law Edmond and Betty Greene; sister-in-law Randi Potter Greene; nephews Jonathan Greene (Tabitha), Jeff Greene (Heather), and Edmond Greene Jr. (Kelly); and several great-nieces and nephews.
