Richard Anthony “Tony” Maccarino, 70, passed away on October 20, 2026. Tony was a retired police officer from Shelby County, TN and presently drove a bus for Blount County Schools. His family in Memphis, as well as at Middlesettlements Elementary School, were so dear to him. He was preceded in death by his parents: Frank and Sarah Jenkins Maccarino, first wife and mother of his children: Lisa Maccarino, and daughter: Rachael Hutchison. He is survived by wife: Annette Reed Fritts Maccarino, mother-in-Law (Mom): Margaret Reed, children: Zac (Audra) Maccarino, Laura (Travis) Moody, and Anthony (Kayla) Maccarino, siblings and their spouses: Mark (Andrea) Maccarino, Michael (Cheryl) Maccarino, Angela (Mark) Winfield and Becky (Bob) Jones, 12 grandchildren, and 1 great granddaughter.
