Patricia Kelley Duncan, 74, of Walland passed away September 15, 2021. She was preceded in death by parents: Bill Kelley and Mae Williams. She is survived by son; Anthony Duncan, sister and brother-in-law: Leesa and Steve McGill, granddaughter: Bella, nephews: Matthew and Michael McGill, and great nieces.
