The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 P.M. with Wes Russell officiating. Family and friends will all meet 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, August 16, 2023, at Forest Hill Cemetery for a graveside service.

Nellie Louise Kagley Borden, 79 of Maryville, passed away August 12, 2023. She was a very special mother and grandmother, who was loved very much. She was preceded in death by father and mother: Sylvester Eugene and Emma Jane Kagley, brother: Steve Eugene Kagley, grandson: Jack Lee Payne III, and ex-husband: Carl Frank Borden. She is survived by her children: Jack Lee and Tammie Payne, Brigette and Terry Hughes, Carla and Michael Stegall, LeeAnn and Stephen Saya, 11 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, sisters: Pearl McClemore, and Brenda and Kris Young, very special friend: Glen Key Sr., and caretaker: Linda Ocoha.
