Marvin Tony Starrett age 68 went home to his heavenly father February 25, 2023, he died at home with his loving family. He was preceded in death by his parents Bonnie M. Starrett and Louise Starrett Harris and stepdad Luke Harris, his sister Jean Oliver, and his brother Richard Harris niece, Cynthia Louise Watkins, nephew Vincent Scott Everett. Survivors include his sister Emma Sue White, Nieces Tenna Sue Hunt, and Tammy Larry, nephews Tim and Mark Oliver Great nephews Chad Everett-Michael and Corey Hunt and many friends.
