Funeral services will be held at 7:00 P.M. Tuesday November 21, 2023, at Pleasant View Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Quinton Caldwell officiating. Family and friends will all meet 1:00 P.M. Wednesday November 22, 2023, at Hopewell Cemetery in Madisonville. The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Tuesday November 21, 2023, at the Church. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Pleasant View Missionary Baptist Church or Hopewell Cemetery: In care of Stephen Self, 2138 Niles Ferry Road Madisonville, TN 37354.

Marvin Clarence Blair, 86 of Rockford, passed away on November 16, 2023. He was a member of Pleasant View Missionary Baptist Church. He loved his beagles and chicken farming. He is survived by his wife: Dottie Blair, children: Mickey Blair (Vicki) and Terry Blair (Teresa), grandchildren: Megan, Mindy, Kimberly, Stephanie, and Alex, 6 ½ great grandchildren, and sisters: Martha Harrison and Pat McCall.
