Obituaries

Lester Wayne Greene, 63 of Maryville, passed away at his home had been sick for a while, so he went to sleep and woke up with Jesus.  He was preceded by his parents: Edward and Jestine Greene, and brothers: Paul and Danny Greene.  He is survived by his wife of 18 years: Tena Blankenship, sisters: Linda Coppenger of Rockford, and Dorothy Stringfield of Portsmouth, OH, stepdaughter: Sierra (Sam) Douglas, 2 wonderful grandchildren: Shyanne and Jonah Doughlas, many nieces and nephews, and lifelong friend: Scotty Cooper.  He loved country music and was totally convinced that Big Foot exists.  He loved going to church at Edgewood Primitive Baptist Church and his church family.  He will be missed by all that knew him.
