The receiving of friends will be held at the Friends Church from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. Wednesday July 24, 2019. Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Wayne Hickman presiding. Inurnment to follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make donations to your favorite charity. The family would like to give a special thanks to Extended Family Services and Blount Memorial Hospice for providing Exceptional Care.

Gregg, Laura Elizabeth, age 98 of Friendsville, died Sunday July 21, 2019 at home. She was a member of Friends Church of Friendsville, was retired from Blount County Court House with 25 years of service. She was preceded in death by Husband: Hugh Gregg, and Grandson: Mark Gregg. Survivors include: Sons and Daughters-in-law: Robert L. and Dottie Gregg of Rome, GA, James H. and Suzanne Gregg of Louisville, Daughters and Sons-in-law: Betty and Bill Ridenour, Ann and Tim Tyler, all of Friendsville, eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and Sisters: Margaret Stapleton and Dorothy Davis. In lieu of flowers please make donations to your favorite charity.
