A visitation will be held Saturday March 9, 2024, from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at Historic Bethlehem Church and Cemetery: 853 Bethlehem Church Rd., Walland, TN. A Celebration of Life will be at 11:00 A.M. with Edward Teffeteller officiating, and burial to follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers your donations may be made to: Historic Bethlehem Church and Cemetery, Treasurer Michael Brock at 2004 Logan Drive, Maryville, TN 37803.

Kyle Cummings of Walland, Tn passed away peacefully February 26, 2024. He loved talking about motorcycles, classic cars, along with restoring them. He retired from The Knoxville News Sentinel after 35 years of service. Although Kyle worked full time, he was groundskeeper at Historic Bethlehem Church and Cemetery for over 30 years, also was on the Board of Directors. He took pride in the church and cemetery upkeep, which was very evident. His family ancestry is there. Kyle was preceded in death by his parents: Sam and Alene (Graves) Cummings, brothers: Chester and Max, sisters-in-law: Birdia Cummings and Sarah Lou Cummings, niece: Vickie Cummings, nephews: Tracy and Terry Cummings. Kyle is survived by his loving girlfriend: Judy Lance, her family: Jason and Elizabeth Lance of Gettysburg, OH, Joe and LaDonna Covert of Friendsville, TN, brothers: Howard of Maryville, Larry (Nolia) Cummings of Rockford, TN, sister: Hilda (Charles) Presley of Maryville, TN, sister-in-law: Rowena Cummings of Walland, TN, and Joyce Cummings of Piqua, OH. Many loving nephews, nieces, great and great great nieces, nephews, many cousins, along with a multitude of friends.
