Kathy Irene Leach, 77 of Maryville, passed away September 21st, 2022. She was preceded in death by parents: Shearl and Irene Leach, and nephew Bunky Slaughter. She is survived by her loving sister Phyllis Slaughter and nephews: Bodie Slaughter, Bob Slaughter, and Billy Slaughter. Aunt Kathy was surrounded by love from her great nephews and nieces: Brittany Slaughter, Bodie Slaughter, Billy Slaughter, Bethanie Slaughter, Baylee Smith, Briana Webb, and Braye Slaughter. Her favorite time was spent with her great great nieces and nephews: Bali, Barrett, Bryson, Blayze, and Baxley. She had many special friends over the years that we know loved her and will miss her dearly. Aunt Kathy had a passion for life and loved to make people laugh. When you think of her remember the good times and smile.
