Ms. Kathaleen “Kathy” Boring, 75, of Maryville, was born on May 27, 1950, in Clinton, Tennessee, and passed away on February 9, 2026. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sibling. Kathy leaves behind a legacy filled with love, laughter, and inspiration, which will continue to resonate with all who were fortunate enough to know her. She cherished her friendships at Maryville Towers. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Helen Willocks; her husband, Fredrick Allen Boring; her daughter, Tammy Sue Boring; and her brothers, Henry Willocks, Charlie Willocks, Eddie Willocks, Martin Willocks, and Mark Willocks. She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Kay Greene (Dana); her son, Ricky Allen Boring (Jama); her grandchildren, Devin DeWayne Walker (Kelsey), Taylor Nicole Greene – Letitia (Henry), Rachel Downey, Cory Campbell, and Nicholas Boring; her great-grandchildren, Bryson Walker, Lakyn Gray Letitia, Gauge Downey, Emersyn Walker, and Callie Walker; and her sisters, Margie Campbell and Daisy Martin.
