Graveside services will be held 10:00 A.M. Monday June 18, 2018 at Zion Chapel Cemetery with Rev. Gary Cowan officiating. The family will receive friends 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Sunday June 17, 2018 at Memorial Funeral Home.

Joyce Marie Lindsey Sands of Friendsville, TN born on November 29, 1937 and passed away at home with family by her side on June 15, 2018. She was born in Monroe County and was the daughter of Clyde and Susie Lindsey. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her Husband: Harrison R. Sands, and Daughter: Sharon Lynn Sands. She is survived by her Sisters: Sue, Ruth, and Edna, Brother: Alvin, and Children: Sue Sisks, Ricky Sands and wife Missy, Charles Sands and fiancé Barbara Jones, Janet Sands and Steve Chyesswell, and Gerald Sands and wife Brenda. She has 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
