James S. Gibbs Jr, 75, of Louisville, TN, passed away at home Friday, April 10th, 2020. He was born to parents James and Hazel Gibbs of Louisville, TN June 17th, 1944.  Jim is survived by his Sister, Joyce and Jack Harvey. Four stepchildren Pat Escobar, Scott and Robert Gibson, Debbie and Jeff Romines and Cain Coker. In laws Mae and Oscar Cummings, Barbara Cummings, Daniel and Diana Duckett and Bruce and Loretta Duckett. Special cousin Eddie Gibbs. Nieces Sondra Nelson, Karen Rudolph, Tammy Wilson, Mary Potter, Janice Epps and Celena and James Hill. Nephews Roy, David and Dale Titlow, Dennis Fee, James Edward and Johnny Ray Gooden, Darrell Roe, and Robert, Sarah and Gabriel Cummings. He was preceded in death by his Father and Mother, James and Hazel Gibbs. Wife Doris Gibbs. Sisters Genevieve Gooden and Vivian Roe. Nieces Diane Coker Watkins and Donna Faye Gooden. Nephews Troy Titlow and Quiten Gooden. Special mention Cody, Holly and Reed King and Aaron and Megan Adkins. Special Friend Mark McMurray. Jim, also known as “Railroad Jim” retired from CSX Railroad after more than 30 years of service. He loved watching old westerns, listening to country music, and fishing on the lake in his boat.  He was also known for his green thumb.
