Service Date October 6, 2019
Funeral services will be held 7:00 P.M. Sunday October 6, 2019 at Memorial Funeral Home: 1102 Big Springs Rd., Maryville, TN 37801. Family and friends will all meet 9:30 A.M. Monday October 7, 2019 at the Tennessee Veterans Cemetery on John Sevier Highway for a graveside service with full military honors. The family will receive friends 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.

Jacob Dean Bishop, 35 of Lenoir City, passed away October 1, 2019. He was an Army veteran and was currently serving in the 278th Infantry of the National Guard. He was the loving father of Ethan and Liliana Bishop. He was preceded in death by Nephew: Zakk Bartell. He is survived by his Mother: Diane Bishop, Sister and Brother-in-law: Tish and Donnie Bartell, Brother: Josh Bishop and Missy, Sister: Gwen Cadieux and Jesse, Sister: Julia Spencer, Fiancé: Brittany Kindred, and children: Urijah and Brayson Sexton, along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
