Graveside funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday October 21, 2019 at Sherwood Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Sunday October 20, 2019 at Memorial Funeral Home: 1102 Big Springs Rd., Maryville, TN 37801.

Guy Wayne Headrick, age 70, passed away peacefully at home on October 15, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mayford (Frosty) and Sarah M. Headrick, and infant brother. He is survived by sister Renee (Irene) Bennett and husband John, niece Dr. Heather Bennett, nephew Patric Bennett and wife Lori and their daughter Cora, two aunts Lennie Stephens and Nancy Baker, and many cousins in the Blount County area. He is also survived by his family at the Rock House: Barb Birkett, Jackie, Pam, Melissa, CeCe, Teri, Shantel, Vanessa, Angee, Jan, Bobbi, Norma, Tiffany, Toby, Kent Graves. The family is most grateful to all the staff at D&S Residential Services and to Blount Memorial Hospice Care for their kind and loving assistance.
