Fosteen Laney (The Frog), 82 of Maryville, TN passed away December 24, 2020 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was born August 27, 1938. Fosteen was preceded in death by parents: Basil and Helen Muncey, and sister: Patty Ealy. Fosteen is survived by husband: Ernest Laney, children: Dewayne Beeler, Robin Frank ,and Lisa Seeber, grandchildren: Shane Frank, Josh Stephens, Christa Rogers Croft, and Katrina Rogers, great grandchildren: Courtney Frank, Hayden Frank, Kaitlyn Frank, Kaden Frank, Kayleigh Kircher, and Serenity Kircher, brothers: Reverend Tommy Muncey and wife Kim, Charlie Muncey,
sisters: Twin sister Kathleen Hicks (The kat), Judy Cline, and Dianne Harrison.
