The family will receive friends Sunday, May 17, 2026, from 1:30 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. at Armona Baptist Church, 2211 Louisville Rd., Alcoa, TN 37701. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Lucas Clabough officiating. Interment will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, May 18, 2026, at Greenwood Cemetery: 3500 Tazewell Pike, Knoxville, TN, 37918.

Everett Leroy Wolfenbarger, Jr., age 82 of Alcoa, TN, went to be with his Lord on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at 12:05 A.M. He was a long-time Deacon and member of Armona Baptist Church in Alcoa, TN. He was active in many roles over the years, and for the last several years, did the Facebook live-stream for Sunday A.M. services. He previously worked at Joe Parrott Sign Company and retired from his TV business after 30 years. He was preceded in death by his father, Everett, Sr., his mother, Beulah, his two daughters, Beth and Teresa, and his granddaughter, Candy Kirby. He is survived by his wife, Linda, and his granddaughter, Felicia VanWinkle, and numerous cousins.
