Evelyn Wanette Lankford Carter 53 of Alcoa passed away Saturday June 25, 2022, she was a past member of Nelson Church of Christ, she was a current member of Mountain View United Methodist Church, she is survived by Her Husband of 15 years: James Martin Carter, Her Sister: Cheryl Lankford Shirk, Her Brother: Richard D Lankford II, Nieces: Dawn Shirk Lunsford, and Tiffany Shirk Connell, she was preceded in death by her Parents: Richard & Wanda Lynn Lankford. Her infectious laughter and smile will be missed by anyone who had the pleasure of knowing her, her musical talent and angelic voice have been added to the heavenly choir.
