The family will receive friend 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 P.M. with Rev. Greg Long and Rev. Justin Randolph officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:30 A.M. Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at Memorial Funeral Home to proceed to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery for a 12:00 P.M. graveside service.

I knew Ervil as teenagers on Short Street In Maryville, we had the same neighbor friends. Ervil was one of a kind, always on the quiet side, always smiling and very respective. He had a comical side too so we had laughs out of him. And because of him. My prayers are peace and comfort for the wife, children and all family members through the memories they hold dear.

Every time we went to TN, my Daddy would have to stop by to visit with Ervil and drink some coffee. They could sit and talk for hours about nothing and everything. Best friends since grade school. They loved to relive the good ole days. Myra, Sheena and Sarah - our heart breaks for you now. Please know that our family is lifting you up in prayer. God can and will provide the peace and comfort you need over the next several days, weeks and months ahead. Love and hugs to each of you. - Sheila
