I am shock that you are no longer with us Uncle Eric. You were a great Uncle and father figure, you opened up your home to Jo and I with Gunner with no hesitation. I love you very much and will miss you dearly. Love always, Josh & Jo

I am shocked and sadden; Being a childhood friend spending our days together in the neighborhood or at Grannie's House. Riding our bikes playing whatever pick up game the neighborhood offered that day. Eating plums off the plum tree behind his house to giving Roger a hard time after him picking on us. For his size (at the time) he was a really good athelete. I remember talking him into playing baseball with us on our Little League team the Blue Jays, it didnt take Eric long to become our best pitcher we had and knowing he had never pitched before. Then talking him into playing football at Walland Middle School which he did, breaking his leg early on but being part of the team all season long. I will always remember him as a gentle giant with an infectous laugh. Always bright and smart. I will miss him dearly being one of my best friends growing up. My heart is heavy, but always will be remembered. May you walk with Angels, brother. Chuck Stewart Sgt. Major U.S. Army (Ret.)

I pray that you now have the peace you deserve. I am so sorry you had to leave, but I know you are with people you loved who have gone before and you will never feel lost or lonely or sad or angry ever again.
