Family and friends will all meet 8:30 A.M. Wednesday March 2, 2022, at the East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery on John Sevier Highway for a service with full military honors.

I remember the first time I met him he said he wanted to go camping one more time and I told him to stop talking like that he would go camping many more times and he did just that here at Riverstone Campground. I loved him from the first time I met him. He’s in a better place now and no longer in pain. Gone but never forgotten here. Till we meet again my friend. I love ya, Christina

George and Lonna Treadway were neighbors with Dwain and Charlotte for many years. George passed away about 18 months ago and now Dwain has joined him. While Dwain will be missed, he is in a better place with no more pain and sorrow. Your family is in my prayers.

We were so sorry to hear of Dwain’s passing. We have some good memories of Dwain during his lifetime. Our deepest sympathy goes to Charlotte and the rest of his family.
