Elizabeth Francine Brice sadly passed away surrounded by her loved ones February 3rd, 2024, at the age of 53, she was a loyal and loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Francine leaves to cherish her memory a beloved husband of 24 years, Byron Anthoneo Brice, and in-laws Arthur and Margaret Bragg, and Keith and Stacey White alone with sister-in-law Whitney White and deceased Anthenea Sleet. Francine passes her remarkable legacy to her daughter Briana Francine Elaine Fletcher and grandson Meccah Cairo Fletcher. Francine departed too soon, she enjoyed spending time with her first grandson and had many aspirations for her and Anthoneo’s future as grandparents. During Francine’s youth she was a competitive cheer leader and gymnast she was very athletic and talented, and she went on to study information technology at ITT Tech and Middle Tennessee State University, she was known for her high energy and enthusiasm for life as well as high level skill with technology. Francine was born to William Ronald Reagan and Elaine Reagan on December 18th, 1970, in Atlanta Georgia. She is survived by two siblings Rhonda Elaine Reagan (Christopher) Renue and Ronnie Paul (Jennifer) Reagan as well as, two nieces, two nephews, three great nieces and one great nephew. Francine was loved by all who knew her including life long friend Tiffany Brock, mother of her first niece. Francine never met a stranger; her family and friends will greatly miss her infectious smile and undeniable confidence. Francine was a dedicated bringer of joy and loved to make everyone around her laugh.
