Service Date December 10, 2022
Funeral services will be held 6:00 P.M. Saturday, December 10, 2022, at Memorial Funeral Home with Pastor Wayne Sexton officiating. Family and friends will all meet 2:30 P.M. Sunday, December 11, 2022, at Caylor’s Chapel Cemetery for a graveside service with Pastor Dale Buchanan officiating. The family will receive friends 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home.

Edith Ann Buchanan, 80 of Townsend, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday morning, December 6, 2022. She was a member of Ridgeview Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by parents: William and Anna Belle Manning, sisters: Geraldine Huffstetler and Dorothy Kagley, and brother: Ray Manning. She is survived by husband of 59 years: Bud Buchanan, daughter: Tammy (Gary) Thompson of Maryville and Pamela (Tim) Howell of Sevierville, grandchildren: Abbey and Emma Thompson, brothers: Max (Gaynelle) Manning, Harold Manning, and Ron (Linda) Manning, several nieces and nephews.
