Funeral services will be held at 7:00 P.M. Thursday June 7, 2018 at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Maryville 1102 Big Springs Road with the Rev. Mark Green officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Thursday at the Funeral Home. Cremation will follow the funeral service.

On Monday June 4, 2018 Dewitt Clinton Davis went to be with the Lord, sadly leaving behind his companion of nearly 19 years Charlotte Blevins, and the Two Great-Grandchildren they have been raising as their own: Matthew and Kyle Knox, also leaving behind Daughters and Husbands: Kathy and Chance Morgan, Tammy and Brandon Pearson, Son and Wife: Ronnie and Lisa Davis, Brother: Melford Davis Sister: Joyce Hembree, many grandchildren great-grandchildren nieces and nephews Charlotte’s Daughter’s : Hope Thatcher, Buffy Andies, Kathy and John Roberts, and Bonnie Matheson. He is preceded in death by his Mother: Eva Caylor Davis, Father: Harold Davis, Sister: Ann Harmon, and Charlotte’s Daughter: Patricia Darlene Best.
