Funeral services will be held 7:00 P.M. Friday June 7, 2019 at Memorial Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Hicks officiating. Family and friends will all meet 10:00 A.M. Saturday June 8, 2019 at the funeral home to proceed to Chilhowee View Cemetery for an 11:00 A.M. graveside service. The family will receive friends 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home.

Clifford Ray Russell born April 10, 1954 and passed away June 1, 2019. He was a lifetime resident of Blount County, TN, and retired after 34 years with the City of Maryville. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He was preceded in death by: Parents: Lukie and Catherine Russell, Wife: Gail Russell, Brother: Charlie Russell and Sister: Kay Russell. He is survived by special friend: Judy Bryant, Children: Allen Russell (Diane) and Elizabeth Payne (Larry), Grandchildren: Erica Brown (Garrett), Kimberly Payne (Tyrone), Christopher Payne (Kasey), and Tyler Payne (Jadasia), Great Grandchildren: Nevaeh, Lydia, Damien, Jyrien, and Brody, Brothers: Lukie, Jerry, Pete, and Buck, Sisters: Janie, Mary Sue, Ellie, and Frances, also many nieces and nephews.
