The family will receive friends 4:00 P.M. to 4:30 P.M. at the graveside at New Providence Primitive Baptist Church followed by a 4:30 P.M. graveside service with Pastor Tommy Boring officiating.

Our beloved mother and grandmother, Cindy Lee Kennedy, was welcomed into Heaven on March 19, 2020. Cindy was born on January 15, 1958 in McHenry, Illinois to William and Ethel Bruce. Cindy was an accomplished seamstress and her family members have beautiful pieces of her work to treasure and pass down as family heirlooms. Cindy loved God and her church, her children, her grandchildren, her family, friends and animals above all else. Preceded in death by her parents, her brother, William Jr., and her granddaughter, Lilly Sands. Survived by her children, Lucas (Kristin) Sands, Echo (Waddell) Dickens, and Katelyn Kennedy and her fiancé Adam Bradbury, her sister, Becky Olds, and her special friend, Sharon Sands are left to treasure memories of time spent with Cindy.
