Several months ago, this extreme pull I had to reconnect with Charlie after 20+ years was becoming a thorn in my side. What would I say? Ask HIM to let ME know why I am calling? The other day, I looked up his name online for maybe a phone # or e-mail to reach him, only to find, this obituary 🙁. We drove to Tennessee together from NY, not knowing that he would not be coming back with me. I never saw or spoke with Charlie again. I hope he had a great rest of his life in the place he wanted to be....with his loving sons Charles and Eddie, the rest of his family, and a warmer climate. Looks like that strong pull I felt to reconnect will remain an unsolved mystery, since Charles has been gone to his next adventure 4 1/2 years ago..

Prayers for the family and friends. I know he is missed. No longer in any pain or suffering. God’s got him. Rest brother. You’re home in heaven. You raised an awesome family and I’m sure that God still has plans for you. It was an honor to meet you and to see you at the Romps.
