Carl Thomas Ramage, II passed away Monday, October 21, 2019. Carl is survived by the love of his life for 29 years, Glenna Cooper and his four wonderful children, Thomas Ramage (Alyssa), Jessie Ramage-Cooper (fiancé, Dominick), Zachary and Bobbie Sue Ramage-Cooper; Parents, Carl Ramage (Sue) and Heather Steele; grandchildren, Braxton and Quinn Ramage; Brother and sister, Mike Ramage and Summer Ramage; Father and mother-in-law, Ervin and Brenda Cooper; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins that were very loved.
