Bobby Joe Pesterfield age 69 of Maryville, Tennessee departed this life on Friday, January 16th, 2026 at his home with family by his side. He was proceeded in death by his parents Gene and Margaret Pesterfield of Louisville, Tennessee along with Arnold Gene Pesterfield (Brother), Joyce Ann Miller (Sister), Richard Buchanan (Brother-in-law) all of Maryville, Tennessee. Bobby proudly served his country in the United States Army 1972-1974. He was an electrician and owned/operated Pesterfield Electric. Bobby loved hotrod cars, his animals, playing cards and shooting pool as well collecting antiques. Survivors include his loving wife Rebecca Buchanan of Maryville, TN, daughter Tracy Pesterfield of Wichita Falls, Texas, grandson, Nate of Knoxville, Tennessee. Father and Mother-in-law( Zeke and Brenda Buchanan, (Brother) Jerry Wayne Pesterfield, Sr of Lubbock, Texas. (Nephews) Jerry Wayne Pesterfield, Jr(Christy) of Greenback, TN., Lee Pesterfield(Courtney) of Lubbock, Texas., Brice Daniel Pesterfield(Carmen) of Wichita Falls, Texas., Arnold Gene Pesterfield, Jr of Louisville, TN. (Favorite Niece) Carrie Ann McLemore(Michael) of Friendsville, TN, (Nieces)Kimberly Word(Dennis) of Friendsville, TN. Jennifer Roberson of Friendsville, TN , Amy Pesterfield(Kevin Myers)as well as Great nephew and Great nieces, and Remmy his dog (Special Friends) Mark Graham, Clark and Gidget Boring, and Ronnie Catlett and a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.
