The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Monday, July 17, 2023, at Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 P.M. with Pastor Jim Malone officiating. Family and friends will all meet 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, July 18, 2023, at Louisville Cemetery for a graveside service.

Betty Norton, age 86 of Greenback, went home to be with our Lord on July 14, 2023. She was a member of Zion Chapel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by spouse, Carl Norton, parents, Edgar Solomon, and Frances Solomon, son Buddy Holder, sister Jane Pryor, sons-in-law, Bill Keck and Herman Helton, great granddaughter, Jordon Hatcher. She is survived by her loving children, Judy Keck of Maryville, Janet Helton of Knoxville, Dale Norton (Kay) of Ringgold, GA, Neil Norton (Kim) of Greenback, 16 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren, sister-in-law, Lorena Norman, several nieces and nephews, and her roommate at NHC, Susan Yearout. A special thank you to Amedisys Hospice and NHC Holston for their loving care of our mother.
