Service Date October 16, 2022
Funeral services will be held at 6:00 P.M. Sunday October 16, 2022, at Calvary Baptist Church in Alcoa, with Pastor Greg Williamson officiating. Family and friends will all meet 11:00 A.M. Monday October 17, 2022, at Oakview Baptist Church Cemetery for a graveside service. Family will receive friends 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. Sunday at the church.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Calvary Baptist Church, Alcoa, building fund.

Betty Louise Dial, 93 of Alcoa, went to be with the Lord on October 13, 2022. She was a pastor’s wife and helped him serve in 5 different states. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. In her younger years she worked for a Christian kids club. She was preceded in death by her parents: Harry and Hazel Jansen, son: James L. Dial, and brothers: Wayne Jansen and Harry “Bud” Jansen. She is survived by husband of 73 years: James E. Dial, brother and sister-in-law: Virgil and Tracy Jansen of Florida, children: Betty Sue Morton, David (Kathy) Dial, and Penny Dial, daughter-in-law: Judy Dial, 9 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
