Angelina “Angie” R. Dresser, 54, of Maryville, passed away suddenly on Tuesday evening, December 10th.
She was born in Carroll County, Maryland to Bruno Ruhmann and Patricia Ruhmann (Rich) on August 31st, 1970. Angie was raised in York, Pennsylvania.
Throughout her childhood and teenage years, Angie was passionate in debating, writing, and reading. After graduation she pursued higher level education at Penn State. She went on to graduate with an English degree and a minor in Technical Writing in 1992.
She decided to continue her education further and went back to college for her BSN in nursing, which she received in 1994. She pursued her carrier in Nursing until she went back to college at Plattsburgh State University and received her master’s degree in Teaching.
Angie met her husband Curtis C. Dresser in 1994, and then the two were married on December 6th, 1996. The two then had a daughter, Virginia “Ginny” A. Dresser born on April 9th, 1998.
In her free time Angie enjoyed writing and allowed her creative mind to flow through any paper she would write on. She was passionate about her family and loved them fiercely. Her kindness was a bright light to anyone she encountered.
Preceded by the death of her parents Patricia and Bruno, she is survived by her husband Curtis and her daughter Virginia.
