She is survived by her Husband: Donald Smith, Son: John (Amy) Wade, Granddaughter: Lindsee Hooks, Grandson: Gage Wade, Sister Toni (Ron) Watts, Nieces: Joy (Jeff) Aiden and Addison Chadwick, Stepsons: Daniel Smith (Doris) Smith and Junior (Linda) Smith, Stepdaughters: Kim (Richard) Edmonds and Kathy Mitchell, 8 Step Grandchildren, and 14 Step Great Grandchildren. | |
