Arcadio Morales Cruz

Arcadio Morales Cruz, 77 of (West Twp) Kensington, Ohio, died early Friday morning, May 22, 2026, at his daughter’s home in Maryville, Tennessee after a 4 year battle with ALS. He was born on January 13, 1949, in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico, to the late Sylvestre and Modesta (Morales) Cruz. He has lived in various places over his life prior to settling in Ohio, like Puerto Rico, Massachusetts, Illinois, Florida, and Tennessee. He was retired from United Wheel Inc. in Maryville, Tennessee. He was a marvelous loving father, brother, grandfather, and great grandfather. He is survived by his beloved children: Alicia Cruz-Ohler of Tennessee, Gabriel (Melissa) Cruz of Alabama, Christina (Willliam) Gandee of Tennessee, Thomas (Andrea) Cruz of Ohio; his grandchildren: Tyler, Tiara, Kiara, Samantha, Aaron, Dominick, Ciara, Neyla, and Elijah; great grandchildren: Kynlee, Peyton, Emberlyn, and Parker; sisters: Ana Rosa, Lydia, Dorca, Fela; brothers: Juan, Israel, Abraham, Aliyah, and Hector. He was preceded in death by his wife: Marcia (Shaffer) Cruz, his parents: Sylvestre and Modesta (Morales) Cruz, sister: Elizabeth, and brothers Moises, Theodordo, Benito and Nelson.
