Funeral services will be held at 7:00 P.M. with Pastor Jim Malone officiating. Family and friends will all meet at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, May 23, 2025, at Zion Chapel Cemetery for a graveside service. |

Georgie Lucile Potter Fry Sluder, 96, born March 6, 1929, and passed away May 17, 2025. She was the oldest member of Zion Chapel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by husband: Robert Frye, second husband: Charles Sluder, parents: Cara and Sarah Potter, brothers: Leonard (Wanda) Potter, John (Jipsy) Potter, and Ray Potter, sister: Ellen (Arnold) Sawyer, brother-in-law: David Maples, and sister-in-law: Elizabeth Potter. She is survived by brother: Lee (Glenys) Potter, sister: Barbara (George) Burgess, and Ruth Maples. | |
