Richard W. Phelps, 91 of Maryville, passed away October 27, 2024. He was a retired Arts professor at Ventura College in California. He is survived by children: Anja (Andrew) Parker, Melanie (Tyler) Course, and Rainer (Marsha) Phelps, 10 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren, second family: Lamar Lively, Brianna Lively, Tonja Lively, Justin Steele, Carol Steele, and special friend: Celia Quintanan. | |
