Wendell K. “Boadie” Bowman passed away at home, surrounded by his loved ones on November 4, 2023. Wendell was a devoted husband, an amazing father and the world’s greatest Papaw. He was loved by everyone he came in contact with and many remembered his greeting of “Hey buddy, how are you?”. He worked at twin City Buick and in the trucking industry as a driver and dock manager for most of his life. He loved being a grandfather. He was very passionate about everything he did. He is preceded in death by his parents Troy and Hazel Bowman. His sisters Glenda, Mary, Diane, Vicky, and Sharon. His brothers Troy, Joseph, and Donald. His grandchildren Amya and Bralynn and a host of other loved ones. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years Terri L. Bowman. His only son, Brandon (Laura) Brawner. His daughters, Wendi Bowman, Hazel (Edin) Hernandez and Ashley (Javier) Borjas. His sister Wanda Bowman, His sisters-in-law Deborah Bowman, Tiffany Ogle, and Mitzi Cupp, His bonus brother Mel Nicely, Grandchildren, Taysha, Isaiah, Javier, Wendell, Yoelson, Adrianae, and Skylar, Great grandchildren Alisson, Yordani, Ivy, and Jolvani. |
