Lloyd Anthony Duncan Jr., age 53, went home to his Heavenly Father on April 9, 2023. He was preceded in death by his parents: Lloyd Anthony Duncan of Rockford and Patricia (Pat) Kelley Duncan, grandparents: Bill Kelley and Burma Kelley. He is survived by daughter: Bella Duncan of Sevierville, uncle: Steve McGill, aunt: Leesa McGill, and many friends. | |
