November 18, 1943 - April 2, 2019 Service Date: April 6, 2019 The family will receive friends 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. Saturday April 6, 2019 at Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 P.M. with Rev. Johnny McCoy officiating, and burial to follow at Shady Grove Cemetery with Rev. Danny Buchanan officiating. In lieu of flowers the family request donation be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses. |

Bernice Galyon Tyler, 75 of Louisville, passed away Tuesday April 2, 2019. She was preceded in death by Husband: Samuel Glen Tyler. She is survived by her Children: James and Diane Tyler, Paul and Laura Tyler, David and Melissa Harris, and Sam Tyler, 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and Dear Friend: Angell Headrick.
