August 7, 1952 - February 7, 2019 Service Date: February 12, 2019 Funeral services will be held 7:00 P.M. Tuesday February 12, 2019 at Memorial Funeral Home: 1102 Big Springs Rd., Maryville, TN 37801, with Rev. Arkie Baker presiding. Family and friends will all meet 1:00 P.M. Wednesday February 13, 2019 at Grandview Cemetery for a graveside service. The family will receive friends 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Second Harvest Food Bank. |

Sandra Lynn “Sandy” Carver Dunlap, born August 7, 1952, passed away peacefully at home on February 7, 2019. She was preceded in death by parents, Captain Pete and Audrey Rickman Carver of Maryville; grandparents, Rev. Ed and Oma Rickman of Madisonville and William and Elizabeth Carver of Maryville. She is survived by her beloved husband of 43 years, Donald Dunlap, and two precious children; son Roy Clemmer and wife Amy, daughter Christina Dunlap Lindsey and husband Jeff, all of Maryville; brothers; Larry Carver and wife Caroline of Kokomo, Indiana, Rick Carver of Maryville, and sister, Judy Carver McInturff of Vonore. She had six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. In addition to family; Sandy was a member of Kagley’s Chapel Baptist Church, she enjoyed water skiing, boating, softball, and traveling. She retired from Tennessee Watercraft in 2005 after 16 years of service. | |
