Jeri Irene Emery (Kelley)

Jeri Emery (Kelley) passed away at home on August 30th, 2026, unexpectantly. She just couldn’t live without Dolly Parton in the world. She had an infectious laugh and a smile that always reached her eyes. She had a huge heart filled with love for everyone she met.

Jeri lived her life to the fullest extent, the way she wanted to. She was a collector of the weird and unusual – the worn and unloved. Jeri had found a new love for paddleboarding and enjoyed chasing sunrises and sunsets. She lived life fiercely and authentically. You always felt her light shining brightly in everything she did.

Jeri leaves behind a wonderful family that loved her deeply. She was adored by her husband, Seth Haney and children Evin, Ava, HattieRue and her unofficially adopted son, Jordan (and several other children) – they will move forward with their days a little less bright. Her sister and best friend – Ruby (Mindy), parents – David & Debra, and many other family and friends she loved with all her being.

Always look for the signs of Jeri being near – a moth, a possum, a trash panda – whatever the sign may be – you will know when it is her.
