Margaret Ann Brewer

Margaret Hatcher Brewer, aged 74, passed away peacefully on September 2, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family, just two days shy of her 75th birthday.  Born on September 4, 1951, Margaret lived a life defined by warmth, kindness, and devotion to her family and community. She was a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose presence brought comfort and joy to all who knew her. Her steady grace, generous heart, and unwavering strength leave a lasting legacy in the hearts of those she touched.  She was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, April Brewer Wilson (d. November 7, 2019).  Margaret is survived by her devoted husband of 50 years, James Allen Brewer; her children, Brandy Sudderth, Tanya Sellers, and James Brewer; her sister, Lillian Hatcher Galloway of Angier, North Carolina; all of her cherished grandbabies, with a special place in her heart for Noah and Sadie, who were especially close to her; as well as her extended family, loved ones, and many dear friends who will forever honor her memory.
