January 22, 1935 - April 6, 2025 Service Date: April 8, 2025 The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Tuesday April 8, 2025, at Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 P.M. with Rev. Billy Herron officiating. Family and friends will all meet at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday April 9, 2025, at Mt. Zion Cemetery for a graveside service. |

Dora Lou (Dodie) Tucker, Sweet, Hawkins age 90 passed away Sunday April 6, 2025. Preceded in death by her parents Horace and Maggie Carver Tucker, daughter Mary Ellen Rose, husbands Tom Sweet and Rudy Hawkins, brothers Doug Dotson, Howard Tucker, Lynn Tucker, sister Marie Lynn, and son-in-law Daniel (Lucky) Breeden. Survived by daughters Linda, Steve Handley, Shirley Drue Felty, Donna Ray Brendel, Karen Breeden, grandkids Brian Handley, Stephanie Anderson, Tabitha Greene, Dustin Gibson, Shirley Ann Coffman, Eddie Kelley, Robbie Kelley, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great grandson, her special childhood friend Annie Presley, and several nieces and nephews. She is a member of Oakland Baptist Church. We want to thank U.T. Hospice staff for their kindness and special care, and Melissa her bath lady. | |
